Cancellation Policy
We understand unexpected emergencies can happen for the Client or Coach, and the Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the session as soon as possible. For non-emergency situations, it is the responsibility of either party to notify the other of the need to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. The Coach reserves the right to not make up the session and no refunds will be issued for the missed session without proper notification.
