  • How do you work with medical providers?
    Our coaching services are designed to complement the care you receive from your medical providers. We can work closely with your providers to ensure your wellness plan is aligned with your overall health goals. This collaborative approach helps you achieve the best possible outcomes.

  • How does one-on-one coaching work?

  • How does group coaching work?
    Group coaching is a dynamic process where a coach collaborates with multiple individuals simultaneously. Group coaching typically involves regular sessions with the same group, either in-person or online, where we create awareness, discuss goals and barriers, measure progress, and clients give and receive peer support.
  • What can I expect from a coaching session?
    During a coaching session, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can openly discuss your goals and challenges. We will explore various strategies and techniques to help you overcome obstacles and make positive changes in your life.
  • How long does a coaching program last?
    Coaching is personalized and might be different for everyone. Certain clients may achieve their goals in a few months, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching over a longer period.
  • What qualifications do you have?
    Maria Gray is an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience in community wellness programs, a Certified Health Coach, a Master Certified Life Coach, a Certified Aromatherapist, and a trained Aromatherapy Teacher. Maria earned a Bachelor in Legal Studies and a Master of Business Administration and has exceptional critical thinking skills. Vast experiential knowledge acquired through unique life experiences and a solid spiritual foundation make Maria a well-rounded and dedicated professional.   • What is your coaching approach?
    We believe in a personalized and integrated coaching approach to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. We follow the code of ethics, core values, and evidence-informed practices of respected organizations including the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute part of the American Council on Exercise, Certified Life Coaching Institute, Aromahead Institute, International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. Maria is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the Blue Ridge Institute, the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, and the Alliance of International Aromatherapists.
  • How much does coaching cost?
    Our coaching fees vary depending on the type and length of the program. Please refer to prices on our Services page or contact us to discuss a personalized plan with detailed pricing information.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Access to quality health and life coaching is important to us. We offer group sessions to keep coaching cost accessible, exclusive discounts throughout the year, and free coaching sessions through our partnerships with non-profit organizations and employers.   • Do you offer a free discovery call?
    Yes, we offer a free 20 minute discovery call to discuss your needs and determine if our coaching services are a good fit for you.
  • What if I have more questions?

  • Where do you offer your services?
    Services are offered virtually. In-person sessions are available based on geographic location.
  • What is our cancellation/rescheduling policy?
    We understand unexpected emergencies can happen for the Client or Coach, and the Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule the session as soon as possible. For non-emergency situations, it is the responsibility of either party to notify the other of the need to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled calls/meetings. The Coach reserves the right to bill the Client for a missed meeting without notification.
  • What is your confidentiality policy?
    The coaching relationship, as well as all information, documented or verbal, that the Client shares with the Coach as part of the Coach-Client relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client and will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
  • What is our termination/refund policy?
    Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing a written notice. The client agrees to compensate the Coach for all the coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. For multisession packages, a refund for the unused sessions will be provided if the client decides to cancel before the third coaching session. No refunds will be provided if the client cancels after this time.
